Biographical notes
Born in Rome and based in Milan, Alik Cavaliere taught sculpture at the Brera Academy for over thirty years. His poetic world, rich in naturalistic and mythological references, found expression in the most varied materials. Around 1990 he created sculptural furniture for Zanotta’s Edizioni collection, including the Genesio chest of drawers, at the crossroads of art and design.
