Seguso Vetri d'Arte
Founded on Murano in 1933 and renamed Seguso Vetri d'Arte in 1937, the glassworks brought in Flavio Poli in 1934; he became a partner and one of its most influential designers until 1963. Its output of the 1940s and 1950s stands out for pared-back forms and light effects achieved with translucent, iridescent or layered glass.
