Primavera

Founded in 1912 by Le Printemps on the initiative of René Guilleré, Primavera was one of the first art studios attached to a French department store. It championed modernity in the decorative arts and worked with many ceramists and manufacturers, including the Céramique d'Art de Bordeaux. Its output of the 1920s and 1930s embodies the Art Deco revival.
